Caesar Salad

This one is an old time favorite. Most times I've made it I had to add too many ingredients and sadly some overshadowed others.

Since the Deli didn't have bacon lardons, or told me they didn't I purchased Pancetta. Next time I'll get lardons.
 

I've never been a huge fan of Caesar Dressing, until I made one from scratch. I'm a convert.
