Nicose Salad - Salade Nicoise

This Sald is one of my old time favorites, and since getting Manu's beautiful cookbook I've planned on cooking as much as I can from it.

I think I slightly over cooked the tuna, my pan/grill  wasn't hot enough when I placed the tuna on it. next time it will be better.
