Sardines on Toast

Made this Sandwich as a snack prior to dinner. My photo doesn't look same as the one in the book, I used less mozzarella and put the bread in the toaster instead of the grill.

Sardines aren't my favorite, but I often revisit foods that I'm not crazy about to see if I've changed my mind. Shannon mentions in the book that it's great as finger food and I agree.


Cutting corners doesn't work when taking photos, but the sandwich was wonderful and salty and would work a treat with drinks.
