I think I've been eating chicken liver as a little child, and I like it while it's still very pink when cut in half.
In his book Manu mentions that he doesn't like Chicken Livers and it's the only way he'll eat it. As it's already getting a bit colder in April, this Salad made a wonderful lunch dish.
Growing up in Europe I love speck. Victor Churchill Butchers sells the best speck in Sydney. It's the best Butchers Store in Sydney. Wouldn't think of buying meat any where else
