Roast Chicken with sumac,za'atar and lemon

I've never used Sumac nor Za'atar and when i saw the recipe I decided to try them.

I baked this one a few days prior to baking Chicken with saffron, hazelnuts and honey. This one was zesty and not as strong as the other one. Will be making both again next winter.

Both dishes are wonderful to come home to on a cold day.
