I love blue cheese, the stronger the better and Roquefort is one of my favorites. I buy it every few weeks
Have never been a huge fan of Witlof. Loved the hazelnut Vinaigrette, as I was making it I doubled the portion. Drizzled a bit over many salads till it ran out within a week.
I always have Walnuts at home. My Photo doesn't do the dish justice.
